LinkedIn Photo Score is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe you should be able to analyse your professional photo without worrying about data collection or storage. This policy explains exactly how we handle your information.
Photo Handling
We never store your photos. Ever.
When you upload a photo for analysis:
- Your photo is sent directly to our AI analysis service
- Analysis happens in real-time (approximately 10 seconds)
- Your photo is immediately discarded after analysis
- No copy of your photo is saved to any server, database, or storage system
- We do not use your photos to train AI models
Data We Collect
We collect minimal, anonymised data to improve our service:
- Aggregate statistics: Total number of photos analysed and average scores (no individual data)
- Technical data: Basic analytics like page views and browser type to maintain site performance
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. You can use LinkedIn Photo Score completely anonymously.
Third-Party Services
LinkedIn Photo Score uses the following third-party services:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers our photo analysis. Photos are processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not store images submitted via their API.
- Vercel: Hosts our website. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Upstash: Stores aggregate statistics only (total analyses, average scores). No personal data.
Cookies
LinkedIn Photo Score does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies required for the website to function properly, but these do not track your activity or store personal information.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. Your photos are processed and immediately forgotten.
