1. Entertainment & Educational Purpose

The AI-generated scores, assessments, and recommendations are intended as fun, informal feedback. They are not:

• Professional career advice
• Guarantees of how recruiters or employers will perceive you
• Scientific or medical assessments
• Hiring recommendations or employment guidance

Results are generated by AI and should be taken with appropriate humour and scepticism. Your mileage may vary.

2. No Warranties

LinkedIn Photo Score is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis results
• Whether results reflect real-world perceptions
• The suitability of results for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

3. AI-Generated Content

All analysis results, scores, celebrity comparisons, and improvement suggestions are generated by Cavefish's emotional AI technology. AI systems:

• May produce inconsistent results for the same image
• Can contain errors or make unexpected assessments
• Do not have perfect judgement about human perception
• Should not be relied upon for important decisions

The "celebrity comparison" feature is purely for entertainment and does not imply any actual resemblance, endorsement, or association.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cavefish and LinkedIn Photo Score shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Emotional distress from results you disagree with

You use this service entirely at your own risk.

5. Image Upload Requirements & Rights

By uploading an image to LinkedIn Photo Score (including the Roast feature), you represent and warrant that:

• You are the subject of the photo, or you have obtained explicit written consent from the person depicted
• You own all rights to the image, including copyright, or have a valid licence to use it
• The image does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• You are at least 18 years of age, and any person depicted in the image is at least 18 years of age
• The image does not contain illegal content, nudity, or material that violates any applicable laws

Uploading images of others without consent is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: colleagues, friends, family members, public figures, celebrities, or any person who has not explicitly authorised you to submit their image for AI analysis.

6. Roast Feature Disclaimer

The Roast feature is designed for entertainment purposes only. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All roast content is AI-generated satire intended purely for comedic entertainment
• Roasts may contain exaggerated criticism, playful insults, and absurdist humour
• The content does not reflect our actual opinions about you or anyone else
• You are voluntarily requesting to receive comedic criticism of your photo
• You will not hold us liable for any emotional response to the roast content
• If you share roast results publicly, you do so at your own risk and responsibility

If you are sensitive to criticism, even in jest, the Roast feature may not be appropriate for you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of people without their explicit consent
• Upload photos you do not own or have rights to use
• Use the service to harass, bully, defame, or harm any person
• Share roast results of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Use automated systems to submit bulk requests
• Use results to discriminate against any individual

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cavefish, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your upload of images you do not have rights to use
• Your upload of images depicting persons who have not consented
• Any claim by a third party that your use of the service infringed their rights
• Your sharing or distribution of results generated by our service

9. User Feedback & Testimonials

We may feature anonymised feedback, comments, or testimonials from users who have publicly shared their experience with LinkedIn Photo Score on social media platforms. By publicly posting about our service:

• You grant us permission to quote or reference your public feedback
• We will anonymise testimonials by using first names only (no surnames or job titles)
• We will not share your full name, photo, or contact details without explicit consent
• You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting us

10. Intellectual Property

LinkedIn Photo Score is built by Cavefish. The LinkedIn name and logo are trademarks of LinkedIn Corporation. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

11. Abuse Reporting & Content Removal

If you believe your image has been uploaded to our service without your consent, or if you wish to report misuse of our service, please contact us immediately:

Please include in your report:

• A description of the issue
• Any relevant details about when the incident occurred
• Your contact information for follow-up

Note: While we do not store uploaded images, we take all abuse reports seriously and may take action including blocking users who violate our terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of LinkedIn Photo Score shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
